The only thing Lady Cordelia and Lord Rockport can agree on is their mutual abhorrence.
Lady Cordelia was supposed to be the perfect debutante. But three broken engagements later, she's the subject of titters rather than laudations. Now relegated to the wallflower section of every ballroom, she does not want anything to plummet her further into scandal. She absolutely does not want to have anything to do with the too handsome, too roguish, too Scottish Marquess of Rockport.
Gerard Highgate, Marquess of Rockport, is not the type to attend balls. But when he is chased into a home in Harrogate, he decides he must blend in--even if that means dancing with Lady Cordelia.

I thoroughly enjoyed How to Capture a Duke the book preceding this one. I did not expect to love this one as much, but I did. It had me laughing out loud within the first two pages. The humor was not confined to those pages but was sprinkled throughout the story. Characters from the first books (one was a novella) also appeared in this book, another plus. The storyline also contained some intrigue, danger, pathos, and of course romance. The two least likely pair to find romance would be Gerald Highgate, the Marquess of Rock port and Lady Cordelia Haywood, the daughter of the Duke of Belmonte. Their first meeting in the book is accidental, hilarious, and sets the tone for their relationship. It isn't until much later after traipsing through a good bit of England and some of Scotland that they find the people under their public guise. I don't want to say much more, would not want to give the story away. This is an absolutely delightful read, highly recommended. Bianca Blythe is definitely added to my favorite authors list. I received this eBook from NetGalley for an honest review.Product details

A Rogue to Avoid Matchmaking for Wallflowers Book 2 edition by Bianca Blythe Romance eBooks Reviews
I liked it. it was a cute Regency Romance all of which I like.
I read this book in a day. I enjoy a fast read with good characters, although, these 2 were certainly an unlikely couple. The plot kept me interested with all of the many predicaments they met along their journey.
I am trying to return this for a refund because there are chapters missing from the book it it wont let me do it, says i have to ring a usa number. Even though the chapters read as though they are all there.... they're not. this same book, in the 3 box set has more chapters and it makes more sense. I want it refunded
After reading about Lady Cordelia, in How to Capture a Duke, I was not sure I would want to read this .. I loved it is was very well written and I loved it mentioned the characters from both the prequel and the above mentioned book 1 in the series. I am getting ready to buy and read Book 3.
I've read at least one other book by this author, and it/they wasn't/weren't like this - I can't imagine what happened. It seems to me the author wrote the story one way, then went back and changed a few things, but didn't sync the rest of the book with those changes. As a result, the storyline is fidiculous. The dialog was often forced, even ludicrous. At one point the protagonist had memories of events that never even happened in the narrative! I very nearly stopped reading, it was so bad. The author needs a new editor.
'Rogue to Avoid' was my first book that ever read from this author. And in matter of fact I might just order the others of this series. I didn't expect to enjoy this book as much, but I actually ended up enjoying myself I caught myself being into the story and I read it and the matter of a few hours it was a nice short sweet read.
Actually love Gerard he sounded very handsome and he was so well fleshed-out.
And I love that every moment counts in the book because a henchman is trying to get them. And they must flee to Scotland. It is a wonderful book it leaves you in suspense and it just hooks you in
I must say I might read more from this author, because I really enjoyed this book!
I really liked this story. From the prologue, I was hooked because the premise sounded good. I felt the author detailed the H and h well, and did a really good job with the "bad guy" -- he was spooky, to me. I like a bad guy to be BAD, and this one was menacing. I liked the friction between the H and h, and their capitulation didn't feel sudden, but rather a believable slow evolution of their feelings toward one another. While there were a few typos, they did not distract me badly, and I would definitely read another book by this author. Thank you for an enjoyable escape, Ms Blythe!
